Short version: Some of the links on this site are affiliate or referral links. If you click one and sign up or make a purchase, I may earn a commission or bonus at no extra cost to you. I only recommend things I’ve actually used myself, and that doesn’t change based on whether a link pays out.
The Longer Version
Tired But Hustling is a side project, not a full-time business, and it’s supported in part by affiliate and referral relationships with some of the companies, apps, and tools mentioned on this site — things like hosting providers, SEO tools, cash back apps, survey platforms, and gig work platforms.
When you click an affiliate or referral link and take an action the company tracks (signing up, making a purchase, completing a task), I may receive a commission or referral bonus. This costs you nothing extra — in some cases it’s the exact same price or signup process you’d get going directly to the company, and occasionally it comes with a bonus or discount for you as well.
What This Doesn’t Change
I don’t get paid to write positive reviews, and I don’t accept payment in exchange for a specific rating or recommendation. If something isn’t worth your time or money, I’ll say so — a few pages on this site exist specifically to walk back a recommendation I no longer stand behind.
Affiliate relationships are also not permanent. If my experience with a platform changes — a policy shifts, support gets worse, something goes wrong — I update the page, and that sometimes means removing a link entirely rather than continuing to recommend something I can’t vouch for anymore.
Where You’ll See This
Individual posts and pages that contain affiliate or referral links include a shorter version of this disclosure near the top, consistent with FTC guidelines on affiliate marketing disclosures. This page is the fuller explanation behind that shorthand.
